Does not fit 12awg wire at all tried multiple Maclean, Deans, TQ, Tekin. Not even close. Fits 14awg fine
These claim 12ga wire fits through this...it does not, unless you want to get a drill out. Very disappointed.
This does not even come close to fitting 12g wire. I tried multiple brands. DO NOT BUT THIS if you are running 12g wire! I made the mistake of not reading another one of the reviews and now I am stuck with two that I can not use!
1UP Racing Ultra Lite Wire Organizer, Highly recommended for 1/10 road Touring car its keep nicely organize wires.
Fits Reedy 12awg wire. It's snug, but I got it to work. On the 13awg wire that came with my Hobbywing Stock Spec ESC, it's too loose so it doesn't stay in place. Looks very nice, so I'd recommend it. I'd prefer the style that comes in two pieces that screw together, so you could clamp it onto the wire. That would minimize the chance of it not fitting your exact wire size, and would allow you to add it onto wire that's already been soldered.
Reviewers agree the UltraLite Wire Organizer is well made and organises wiring neatly on a 1/10 touring car, but fit is the main issue. Several verified owners report it does not accept 12 AWG wire, including with multiple connector brands, and one says it required drilling. One reviewer found it fits 14 AWG and a snug Reedy 12 AWG wire, but too loose on 13 AWG. A reviewer suggests a two-piece clamp design would avoid sizing problems and allow fitting to already soldered wire. Reviews point to variable fit across wire gauges rather than a single defect.
