About The KRATON 6S BLX
Bashing Design
This evolution of the KRATON 6S speed demon pushes durability to the limit with Extreme Bash (EXB) upgrades. Featuring an EXB 7075 T6 aluminum chassis plate, reinforced skid plate, upgraded differentials, and a larger front bumper, it’s designed to handle brutal bashing and massive jumps. Enhanced side guards and a tougher wing mount ensure it can endure the most punishing stunts, making the KRATON 6S BLX the ultimate choice for high-flying, hard-hitting action.
Drivetrain
The EXB 29mm limited-slip center differential enhances control, even on slippery or rough surfaces, while durable steel driveshafts create a robust drivetrain capable of withstanding extreme jumps and high-speed 6S bashing. Paired with massive, super-aggressive dBoots® Copperhead™ tires mounted on multi-spoke wheels, this setup provides excellent grip and stability for fast action across various bashing terrains.
Electronics
The Spektrum SLT3 3-channel transmitter is perfect for drivers of all experience levels, offering adjustable speed settings to limit power to 50% or 75%, allowing safe learning and control. The factory-installed Spektrum waterproof electronics ensure outstanding reliability. The Firma 150A Smart V2 ESC, with its updated firmware, delivers powerful performance, while the high-torque S665 digital steering servo, with steel gears, offers solid durability. Both components are waterproof, ensuring the vehicle can handle any conditions for worry-free bashing.

This thing is awesome the colors is amazing but the speed of this out of the box freaking crazy speed if I had the money I would buy another one the best truck ever ?????????
The Arrma Kraton 6S BLX is hands down one of the best bashers on the market. It handles jumps, rough terrain, and high-speed runs effortlessly. The 6S power is no joke—it has crazy torque and backflip capability on demand. It’s tough, easy to work on, and parts are widely available. You might eventually want to upgrade the stock steering servo, but right out of the box, it delivers non-stop entertainment.we are actually going to purchase a second kraton for my wife
Just received my car today, extremely fast shipping. Ran with 4s battery and she rips. I’ll eventually try 6s but honestly don’t even need it unless you want to pull off multiple flips. It’s fast and reliable as is. If your thinking about buying this car just pull the trigger you won’t regret it. Thank you AMAIN for your support, this is one of many purchases and I’ll continue to purchase from you guys.
Happy with the purchase. The kraton is awesome. Will use amain for my future orders
V6 and stille don't have front suspension geometry right. The engineers must have been asleep again on this 6th version still since the front cv axles pull out on landings causing further damage all because the front cv axles sit higher in the front hubs as compared to the the diff output cups. the engineers ideally need to redesign the front hubs or at minimum they could raise the front diff box and put in longer shafts so the shafts swing linear with the suspension arms in the front. Rear hubs are designed correctly. Frame can also bend since (again) the engineers asleep n not angling the frame for rigidity. Once I upgrade this with vitavon and m2c it will be price of xmaxx. Expensive to upgrade. Go with Xmaxx if you're deciding. Other than engineer problems it is fun and drives nice. I like the body . This thing is STUPID fast it is awesome to drive. Need m2c bracing and vitavon front CVS since they are longer than stock. Forgot to mention reached out to horizon hobby multiple times with zero support. CONS 1st run: upper front control arm broke from a small jump landing upside down 2nd run: steering rack broke 3rd run: servo went out 4th run: binding issues - but seems to work now 5th run: front bumper broke Annoyances: fans are junk in these, pebbles lock up the steering - which is most likely what causes the servos to burn out, since the servo is putting full power against a locked steering rack so it burns out - sure replace the servo with a "better one" but if a pebble gets jammed in there again it will still burn it out. Its like going to the doctor to be given pharma pills that do nothing instead of looking at the root problems like doctors "should" be doing. PROS STUPID FAST NO OVERHEATING TONS OF POWER STANDING BACKFLIPS WAS OVERALL BUILT WELL OUT OF THE BOX (FOR THE PRICE - SHOULD EXPECT AT LEAST THAT) TIRES AND WHEELS AWESOME TAKE A BEATING AND NO BLOW OUTS AND PERFECT EXPANSION AND GRIP LOOKS AWESOME - LIKE THE BODY MOUNTING SYSTEM DIFFS HAVENT WENT OUT FOR ME YET ALTHOUGH I'VE HEARD COMPLAINTS FROM OTHERS HAVENT BROKEN ANY ARMS OR OTHER WEIRD PARTS YET - STILL SOLID Although front bumper broke, rear wing is still good, that is truly amazing. -there might be more good and bads but just a few- i have to run make a balogny samwhich. cliff note: forgot to mention, like any arrma, when your steering locks up with a "pebble" - i love that word PEBBLE (REMINDS ME of the day of EATING FRUITY PEBBLES - LOAD OF CRAP FOOD that shouldn't be on the market. Either TURN the veHICLE UPSIDE DOWN IMMIDEIATELY AND ROTATE YOUR STEERING LEFT AND RIGHT TO GET THE fruity PEBBLE OUT OF THERE, IF IT IS FAR AWAY THEN KILL YOUR TRANSMITTER immediately unless you want your (new servo) to WILL BURN OUT YOUR SERVO SINCE YOUR TRANSMITTER IS TRYING TO PUT IT BACK TO NUETRAL POSITION AND IS LOCKED SO IT WILL BURN OUT SERVO fruity pebbles
Reviewers broadly praise the Kraton 6S BLX V6 for speed, torque, jump and rough-terrain performance, and durability, with several noting it is easy to work on and that parts are widely available. Some owners ran it on a 4S battery and plan to move to 6S later. One reviewer reports a recurring problem: the front CV axles pull out on landings because they sit higher than the differential output cups, and the frame can bend. That reviewer also says upgrades are needed to make it hold up, and considers the total cost high. Other reviews are short and positive, and the sample is small.
