Arrma Notorious 6S BLX Brushless RTR 1/8 Monster Stunt Truck (Black) (V6) w/SLT3 2.4GHz Radio

Never got to even enjoy it. It was shipped upside down and damaged box and intervals. I paid $700 and got junk. I'm not sure if this box had already been beat up, was a previous return of some type of old stock that should of be been rma out. They sent me a bummed truck. A huge slice down the front of the main box, burnt ripped plastic over the truck, the inside box inserts were all broken and destroyed like the truck moved around a war zone. I ordered a battery it also came damaged. They took care of both but my experience is far from good. I'm scared to even get the charger I ordered tomorrow. Either the warehouse is absolutely terrible or their reselling used, or returned items to get rid of stock idk. But I can tell you both my items came extremely poorly packed and protected and the box of the notorious literally says this way up and they put the label upside down so it shipped 4 days upside down ruining it. It's just complete lack of care and attention to details. Also my battery that was $150 had no protection in its box which makes me think of was pre opened. It wasn't sealed with tape or anything it was just open, it was about 100 degrees the battery to the touch, and there was a big crush in the battery on the right hand side making it extremely dangerous and unusable. They did take care of me on that and are refunding me the truck but I have been out that money for almost 2 weeks and by the time I get it it'll be almost 3 weeks since the return which is a lot of money to be held up. It took like 8 days for shipping back were it took 2 days to me. Happy about that if it came good but it didn't. 2 out of 2 orders here were horribly packed, and damaged. I'm not sure what's wrong with their warehouse. How's it's ran or by who if it's lack of experience idk? But customer service has been good and worked with me I sent a bunch of pictures of both issues and they agreed it's not right and making it right. It's just I have now this 700 tied up plus another 159 dollar battery tied up thats alot of money. I just am upset and frustrated because this is supposed to be a highly rated shop but yet I can't get one decent product or a product to arrive not damaged. Again it goes back to whoever is preparing and shipping these things at the warehouse I do not blame the front end customer care who has offered returns but I just don't get how a major hobby shop can have this type of shipping issues it comes straight from the source. Please retrain your staff, get real or better warehouse employees who handle better and read and pay attention to what their doing. I'm out 700 because of this situation whatever happened and clearly it still bothers me because I got 50 off on a sale and lost that money off. Now I had to buy more expensive elsewhere but I got a perfect box and a non broken notorious where the wheel isn't just stuck to the left like this one which I have pictures of I showed them. At least I finally got a notorious but unfortunately elsewhere I really wanted to do business here but 2 out of 2 high dollar high end items shipping damaged or damaged from the start no in sorry I cannot trustingly shop here anymore . I'm hoping for a quick return now that my notorious arrived at your warehouse and hoping for a quick return on the battery so I can get my money back and be made whole. I'm just so upset because I spent a lot of money then spent a lot of time fixing this and having to lug around a huge box to go return and then having to handle a dangerous broken lithium battery that was exposed metal. It's just so ridiculous come on. Why can others ship things and they come fine like even Amazon ships batteries better. I just expect so much more out of a shop like this a major retailer of hobbies you might think would protect the items at all costs or know that the collectors care about the condition of the item and aren't paying over $700 for damaged product. It's just despicable really. But again I talked to some nice people who helped me and took care of it. It's just the fact that this happened not once but twice and now I have a 3rd package on its way worth $122 if that comes broken or anything wrong I'm seriously going to be extremely upset. I may never shop here again idk I asked for extra protection in shipping and was ignored that question. If not charger comes any way I'm not happy with I will return it I will not shop here again. 32 out of 2 packets trashed it's so annoying when you pay so much and get nothing then have to spend more money to fix it while waiting for a large sum back. It's just not fair I just want my 700 back asap you have the car now issue my refund. I tried this place on recommendation from online but now fully regret it. I have bought plenty of hobby stuff and never had this type of experience. I have a collection of machines and I tried to give a new place business but they fell flat on their face. A shame cause I would've spent thousands literally thousands my collection is extensive and I keep collecting. But I can't do business where my money and items are not safe. Or my money is held up for weeks when there's an issue. I just want my refund on this truck asap now that you have it at your warehouse today. I just want to be made whole and move on. I'm hoping my charger comes in good condition and there's nothing else to do with that. But really think about your order and what risk you want to take with shipping here. So far I have not got one usable product and that really doesn't sit well with me. Anyway the chance was given I cannot spend this type of money and stress about my products. Thank you for the customer support but due to warehouse and packing issues there's major flaws in your business operations.

despise the body, otherwise solid rig that can take a real beating

This is one of the most fun trucks I've ever used. It's also very fast. I have no complaints with it and as far as stunt trucks go this is top notch. Very highly recommended.

Car has a lot of power and its fun BUT one of the tires came off the first time i used it and it strip the wheels inside.

The website was easy to shop but the product I purchased wasn’t so great. The transmitter doesn’t work, so I wasn’t able to use the truck.
