The Avid B6.1/B6.1D Titanium Laydown Top Shaft Screw was designed to reduce rotating mass and to add titanium of course. Avid also took the liberty of pre-pinning it for you so you don't lose that first one instantly.

Works great but did not come with a extra pin contacted A main hobbies and the second one didn't either.
