Avid RC "Truss" 2.2" 4WD Front Buggy Wheels (White) (4) w/12mm Hex

Wheel Overview:

The Avid RC "Truss" 2.2" 4WD Front Buggy Wheels are precision-engineered for competitive racers who demand performance, durability, and style. Designed with a standard 2.2-inch outer diameter, these wheels are compatible with popular 1/10-scale 4WD buggies such as the Team Associated RC10B84, XRAY XB4, and the Team Losi® Racing 22X-4. Their optimized 1.5-millimeter offset and 3.5-millimeter hex depth ensure a perfect fit and balanced handling on modern race setups.

About the Front Buggy Wheels

Strength & Precision

Built with a performance-first mindset, the Avid Truss wheels feature six internal ribs that minimize rotating mass, while the symmetric triangle truss structure around the hex maximizes torque strength and reduces fatigue under load. The low-profile inner bead ribs let foam inserts absorb impact for smoother landings, and the tapered outer face ensures clean, precise glue application. Additional features include a textured glue bead for better bonding, oversized vent holes for airflow, and a reinforced wheel nut area designed to handle aggressive serrated nuts.

Features:

• Truss reinforcement at hex delivers maximum torque strength
• Inner bead ribs allow foam inserts to absorb impact
• Tapered outer face prevents glue from running down the wheel
• Textured glue bead ensures stronger tire bonds
• Reinforced wheel nut area with three cutouts improves bite with serrated nuts
