This kit is amazingly well designed and thought out. I have close to 90 flights on this heli and I am extremely impressed by how this heli behaves in the air. With a 6s 5000 mah, I average 8 minutes of flight at 65% head speed and land with 40% battery left. It is stable, responsive, and a blast to fly every time. I am by no means a 3D heli pilot. I mainly fly scale and do scale aerobatics. But this is my favorite Heli of all. I have a 330s, 360 fusion, trex 450, and the 550 fusion. I fly this heli every single chance I get. Blade/ horizon hobby have been making huge leaps and bounds with their helis over the past few years. The fusion line has been going strong now for a few years and Horizon Hobby has stated that they plan to support them for years to come. For what I do and how I fly, this heli flies amazing. Now I have 1 negative, nothing worth loosing a star for. 1. The canopy was not drilled correctly from the factory. Quick call to Horizon and a replacement was sent out quickly. Other than that this is a good flying heli that will be in my hangar for quite a while.
This was my second kit build after an align 450L. The super combo kit is very highly recommended for beginners. It includes nearly everything. There are also 3 build video's i referenced to assemble this kit and the video's bascially covered 99%. I only refered to the manual for things that were not clearly visible in the video like the main rotor head arms which i had incorrect and double checking the servo connections. The beastx flybar on the Align is not working for me however the Spektrum Avian flybarless is and the entire kit build (now complete) fly's excellently. Build time was significantly less than the align kit which is the only other one i have ever built. I am giving this 5 stars for the documentation. My recommendation when buying this is to also buy the spektrum servo tester, pitch gauge and ball joint pliers for 500 size heli's. I give 5 stars because the videos are the home run. I have an NX8 which is very similar to the nx20 used in the videos.
