Fits great on my HPI Savage tuned pipe! Inner diameter is around 9.5mm but can obviously be stretched since it's made of silicone.
Agree with other review, fits savage pipe perfectly even though it is only a .28 so the description here is bogus, it depends on the tip of your pipe what it fits, nothing to do with the engine size. I got the smaller one previously that stated for .28 or whatever and it was too small.
These fit and work great on both my savage x 4.6 with a ths pipe and my savage xl! Helps keep things slightly cleaner
