I experienced it just recently with this E-flite product, a brand that I have never had any quality issues before. Amain followed through with their guarantee policy and even went the extra mile for me! I received my product in a timely manner and it works perfectly. I am really enjoying this well built foam Glider and can foresee, will likely continue for years. Thanks to all the people at Amain and E-flite, that made it happen!!! In retrospect, I think the small amount spent for BNF is well spent is worth it, instead of the PNF. The novice and maybe even intermediate fliers can enjoy progressing their thermal skills safely.
