The Ecopower 640T 13g Waterproof Metal Gear Digital Sub Micro Servo is an incredibly powerful sub micro option developed to provide a more rugged upgrade for the Traxxas TRX-4. Also, when paired with the Samix TRX-4M Brass Servo Mount (SAMTRX4M-4068 - Sold Separately), this makes a great upgrade for the Traxxas TRX-4M. Delivering 64 oz-in of torque and .09 transit speed at 6.0V, the 640T will operate at a level that makes other sub micro servos feel inadequate in comparison. The servo features an all metal gear train for durability and waterproof circuitry that will stand up to the elements. So if you're tired of your small servos delivering small performance and want to try something with more muscle, step up to a 640T and shift performance into high gear.
SIZE NOTE: The 640T is not an exact physical copy of the 2065 and is a few millimeters taller, and may not work in all other applications where the 2065 is used. Please see the Compatibility tab for verified model compatibility.

I needed a replacement after my stock servo stop working. The 640T fits nicely and seems to be strong. My truck shifts smoothly and effortlessly now. I have only run it a few times, but I would recommend this servo to anyone needing a shifting servo.
I just installed two of them. The first impression is much better than stock TRX-4 microservos. Double torque and speed, seem more durable.

Bought one to use in my TRX-4. Its faster and stronger than the stock servo which died after about 2 weeks of light use. Since I bought it I've been out more driving my truck in the creek with this while its been raining and snowing and no problems at all. It doesnt get hot like the stock servo did. Great servo
Overall I would recommend these servos as great replacements for the stock TRX-4 diff and trans servos they are much stronger and do better with water. I purchased three of these on March 7th 2020 and six months later one has began to fail while the other two are still working strong. Keep in mind I spend most of my time driving up streams and once in a while sinking it in deep sections... I'll be buying a replacement!
Reviews of the EcoPower 640T sub micro servo are sharply divided. Many buyers, mostly on TRX-4 and TRX4-M trucks, report it is stronger and faster than stock Traxxas micro servos and has held up for a year or more, including in wet conditions.
