I had a bad experience with this servo and after writing a poor review of it, Amain customer service contacted me to find out some more information. We determined that my servo was an early version which has since been upgraded. They assured me that I shouldn't have experienced the issue and that they have done extensive testing and stand by the product. They sent me a replacement servo at no cost to me. I'm giving this servo 5 stars due to the incredible customer service I received. Im going to give it a shot in my rc boat again, I feel confident it will perform well. I would like to thank Amain, that kind of service is hard to find nowadays and is truly appreciated. Update 9/8/21 Well, servo was submerged for about 2-3 minutes about 10inches deep in my sunk rc boat again. After the last failure I had with one I took extra precautions and plastic dip sprayed entire servo, put an o-ring under the horn with lots of grease. To no avail, servo failed again. Moisture got inside and ruined potentientiometer again. Amain is still an awsome company but this servo is splashproof at best. I would not recommend it for an RC boat.
I purchased a total of 5 of these servos. 3 of them failed durring the first battery they ran on. All three of the failed servos failed in the same way. A tooth broke off the large gear under the smaller gear where the servo horn attaches. I contacted customer service explaining the issue and they promptly responded asking for pictures. I sent two pictures of two of the servos clearly showing the broken tooth and have not heard back from them in 2 business days. My disappointment in this product is only eclipsed by my disappointment in their customer service.
I love these servos, I run them in all my rc vehicles..
I bought 3 of these to replace the dual servos in my E Revo 2.0 plus a spare. A year later I still haven’t needed the spare. These things have plenty of power and are as responsive as you could expect. A friend recommended them to me and I’d definitely recommend these to anyone!
Great servo for most if you’re looking durability, torque and waterproof. I ran a single one of these in a ERevo 2.0 for a while and while it’s a tad slow for that, it was completely serviceable. I would say it’s likely equivalent in feel to the stock dual servos. However, I would like so suggest a alternate version of this servo. For many 1/10 scale applications a higher speed servo would be a much more noticeable upgrade vs the higher torque. I would say the 110s (there’s a idea for the name) would be an excellent option if it provided a minimum of 180oz in of torque and around a .10 transit on 6v. Maybe a adding in a little more torque and settling for a .11 would be fine as well but it seems to me like a piece of the market no high quality name has quite tackled yet and I would love to see that come to market. It would easily become my go to 1/10 basher and street servo.
Reviewers generally find the EcoPower WP110T a strong value servo, praising its torque, waterproofing, metal gears and easy installation in a range of 1/10 vehicles, with several noting it outperforms stock servos. Responsiveness is described as adequate rather than fast, with some reviewers wishing for more speed. Reliability is the main point of disagreement: a number of reviewers report servos overheating, locking up, stripping teeth or failing within a few runs or months, while others report long service lives. Several reviewers say customer service handled replacements promptly, though one reported no response to photo requests. Reviews appear to span multiple production versions, and one reviewer noted an early version that has since been upgraded.

- + Easy direct bolt-on installation
- + Long service life for many owners
- − Overheating and failure reported on some units
- − Gears stripping or teeth breaking
- − Slower than some competing servos
- − Inconsistent reliability between units
