I purchased this for my RC10 40th Anniversary to accommodate a shorty battery. The product looks great, and will fit a shorty battery up to about 96.5mm. Actual dimensions side to side are 96.8mm; I used a micrometer to measure because I was curious. Using a Protek Lipo 7.2v 4800mah battery (PTK-5147-26), it fits very snugly, with a little bit of space on either side. Assembly was pretty easy, just need some thread lock (used Associated 1596) to insert a couple of screw inserts. This is because you can adjust for either 20mm high or 25mm high battery packs.
