Low CG 7075 Chassis Performance

At the core of the R5 Pro is a 2.5mm thick, low center of gravity 7075 aluminum chassis that enhances both high- and low-grip performance. The ultra-narrow 72mm layout reduces chassis scrub through corners, allowing for smoother transitions and increased corner speed. Combined with a rigid structure and optimized weight distribution, this chassis delivers exceptional balance and responsiveness. The result is a planted feel with improved stability across varying track conditions.

Advanced Suspension & Handling System

The patented floating pod rear suspension system provides superior traction, especially when running rubber tires, while eliminating the traditional center ball pivot for improved chassis roll. Heavy duty extra-long side links reduce flex and increase consistency, and the +2mm carbon fiber front arms enhance front-end stability. Adjustable camber, caster, and roll center allow for precise tuning without the need for additional parts. High-quality oil-filled shocks with machined components ensure smooth, consistent damping performance.

Race-Ready Components & Tunability

The R5 Pro comes equipped with premium upgrades including a carbon fiber battery tray, heavy duty alloy front bulkhead, and a 7075 alloy rear pod plate for maximum rigidity and improved motor cooling. A simplified direct steering system reduces slop for a more connected feel, while adjustable servo positioning allows fine-tuning of Ackermann geometry. The included heavy duty wing mount system and wide rear shock tower improve rear grip and stability.
