Jose Mendoza Jron Furitek Losi™ Micro-B Grasshopper Brushless Sensored ESC & Motor Power System

This is not plug and play with the Micro-B. You may have to solder the end CH-2 to a regular servo connector because they were too cheap to include one. The sensor cable is also really fragile that a cable may pop off and then if you check the Furitek app it will say it's running in Sensorless. Eat crap the downvoters

Plug and play with the gripor tx/rx, super fast, easy tuning on a smart phone with the supplied blue tooth adapter.

Don't waste your money they have sent me two ESCs both will not connect to any of 5 micro receivers 2 flysky and 3 dumborc all 5 working with other models and after. Sad to say as I have used both the ESC motor combos for other cars and 1/10 scale drift cars . Both escs give blue light of death the moment powered on with stock micro b battery.this is not on amain but furtech down tick in quality control.

Hopefully Furitek will help out, but out of the box, no voltage from the RX plug, will not connect to APP. The only thing the esc does is blink. Have not got to test the motor yet. So far all bad!

Update:Jared at Amain assisted with my situation and I am very happy with the customer service provided. Thanks Amain. 5 star service. Garbage.Used 1 battery pack with no issues and it is very fast.Second pack the ESC smoked. No wires shorted, nothing odd looking or out of place.

What reviewers say

Reviewers report mixed experiences with this Micro-B ESC and motor combo. One 5/5 verified owner found it plug and play with the supplied Bluetooth adapter and easy to tune, while several verified owners reported defective units, including ESCs that would not connect to receivers or showed no RX voltage, and one that failed after its second battery pack. A 3/5 reviewer said the unit is not plug and play with the Micro-B, requiring soldering of the CH-2 end to a servo connector, and warned that the sensor cable is fragile and can disconnect, causing the app to report sensorless operation. Reviewers agree the product can be fast when working, but reliability and setup are recurring concerns. Reviews are few and polarised.

  • + Fast performance when working
  • + Easy tuning via app and Bluetooth adapter
  • + Plug and play with GRIPOR TX/RX (single report)
  • − Defective units reported out of the box
  • − ESC failures and connection problems with receivers
  • − Sensor cable reported as fragile
  • − CH-2 requires soldering to a servo connector (not included)
