I didn't expect to have so much fun flying this plane.
This is a really great flying foamy. I am definitely not a 3D pilot but, I am able to perform maneuvers with it that I can't do with a "regular" RC plane. It is both agile and surprisingly stable. Assembly was easy and fun. I've flown with both 2S and 3S batteries. 2S provides plenty of power. Highly recommended.
Cool planes ? I am doing this for a family member and I like the fact that your site boxes are everything step-by-step because I’m very helpful
Reviewers rate the Futaba SkyLeaf ST Foamy Electric Airplane (830mm) highly, with all three giving five stars. Two verified owners describe it as fun to fly, agile and stable, and report that assembly was easy. One owner notes it handles manoeuvres beyond what they can do with a conventional RC plane, and reports that 2S power is sufficient, though they also flew it on 3S. The third review is brief, is not from a verified owner, and focuses on the packaging and instructions rather than flight performance. No recurring problems are mentioned.
- + Fun to fly
- + Agile and stable in flight
- + Easy assembly
- + Adequate power on 2S battery
