Bad wiring. the Balance cable came with the positive wire polarity reverse. Couldn't use it.
Do not waste your money. Bought this 6 months ago the balance wire is barely soldered on. When it first arrived the bullets were way too tight in my batteries about pulled my battery case apart taking them out.
