Works great in a Axial UTB18. Has great run time for the price.
Be aware batteries wires come out middle top corner making them go directly towards pinion and spur. Mount battery a different way you say? You can if you force wires down against side guards possibly causing damage to wires, battery, and potential fire. Needs re-design

Great battery for the Mini B and Mini T, fits perfectly without any issues. If you're running Brushless may want a connector adaptor or change the connector type if you don't like making it fit without one.
Connector did not fit my Mini-B Brushless. Great battery otherwise, just had to solder on a new connector.
