Ordered two of these batteries. One of the batteries work fine but the other has a charge of 10.35V essentially a dead battery because at this level it’s unrecoverable. I live out of the continental US so shipping was $100+ and returning/replacing isn’t an option. Really disappointed. Revising my review. Despite the earlier frustration I had Amain reached out and send a replacement battery, with no additional charge. Great customer service. Hoping this new battery isn’t a dud. But as far as I can see Amain did everything right so I will be bumping the rating to a 4/5. Thank you.
