This battery is great! True 8000 mAh capacity (in fact, more than 8000). The run time is incredible, the case feels strong, and it barely gets warm even after a full pack of non-stop bashing with frequent full throttle stabs powering a strong Castle brushless system. Being a G-Tech battery, my Gens Ace Imars D300 charger requires no user setup. The charger instantly recognizes this battery and makes charging, balancing, and storing the cells so easy. Even as an experienced hobbyist, I still find this fool-proof and easy to use G-Tech system beneficial for safety reasons and for how quick it starts charging the battery as soon as you plug it in. It's great. I would by this battery even if I didn't have a G-Tech charger since it's not a proprietary connector and the fact that this battery is so good for the money! If there is anything that I could nitpick, I wish that the balance cable was slightly longer.
