A recessed tray lid is included to hold the gel during use, keeping the work area cleaner and helping prevent transfer to surrounding surfaces. Once the gel accumulates dust, it can be kneaded and mixed to refresh its cleaning ability, and when it no longer picks up debris effectively, a fresh amount can be placed in the tray.
