About this part

The Helios 6S Non-Slip Battery Strap Set is optimized for big bashers! When you're playing with the big boys, you need to make sure your batteries stay right where they're supposed to. These Non-Slip Battery straps for 6S includes one 265mm x 15mm strap and one 380mm x 20mm strap. Each strap has a non-slip coating to help keep your batteries securely in place. These are sized specifically to work in Arrma 1/8th scale vehicles like the Kraton, Outcast 6S, Notorious 6S, Mojave, Typhon 6S, as well as many other surface and air applications.  

NOTE: Measured from plastic loop to the beginning of the hook section of the strap.

Purchased for the Typhon 6S and these are a huge improvement over the crappy floppy straps that come stock. The long wide strap won't go in the exact same way as the stock ones will, you won't be doubling it all the way over. Just hook it through the top notch on front side and through its plastic passthrough of the strap so it's essentially pulling the pack forward and the thin side to side strap holds it down. Together it makes for an incredible system. Just try it out before putting everything back in as there's a number of screws that come out for the install as the tray and receiver box are bolted together and can't be separated until they are both released from the chassis.

This is a must for arrma 6s vehicles. So much easier to install and remove the battery. Grips the lipo better. It looks much cleaner too. I'm going to put them in all my arrmas once back in stock. The stock straps are a pain to use. Love these Helios Straps.
