Read this one: I thought the bearings/gears were bad, but it was the plastic ring attached to the the center portion of the plastic case, above the pot sensor. On mine, this part of the center case broke. Buy a new case. approx $12 (HS-7940TH / HS-7945TH / HS-7950TH Servo - Case Set Part #: 56407) Yes, this is the one also for 9380TH. Ask AI. I'm running this in a 1/8 truggy. Servo is fixed and running great after replacing case.
