So far the best charger I have ever bought! I haven't ever tried icharger I heard those are the best but I can't afford that ATM but this charger pairs well with my Hitec AD380 discharger! It hooks into it and can charge and discharge at 40 amps and can parallel charge my 4s race packs love it can't beat it!
So far charger has been great I used hitec x2 forever was time to get a new charger!!! If I had any complaint is the scroll wheel touch buttons would have made using it easier.
I love this little charger. 20A per bank, way smaller then my old charger but screen font is pretty big, built in power supply, no stand needed and best of all, I can control/program/monitor with my phone
I suppose that if you know a lot about RC batteries and how to charge them this could be the charger for you. I found it extremely annoying that I kept getting error messages without being able to find out what the messages meant. I returned the unit , and, as always, AMAIN did a great job of customer service. After they had accepted my return and while I was reading about another charger and it explained how the balance plug needed to go in different places depending on the power of the battery. There was nothing in the instructions that came with the charger, no labels on the charger itself and no mention on their website. If you know what you’re doing buy this charger, if you don’t, don’t buy it. The 4 stars are for customer service.
Great charger. I use 12v input to charge and I can charge two 4s batteries at the track that makes running multiple classes a lot easier.
