About this part

The Hobbywing EZRun MINI28 1/28th Scale Sensored Brushless Combo incorporates revolutionary features in a 1/28th scale package. Built for 1/28th scale racing this powerful ESC is packed with the features needed to provide a competitive advantage on the racetrack while the 1626 brushless motor provides incredible power in a small package. At only 22mm long and 14mm wide the MINI28 ESC will fit in most 1/28 vehicles with ease. What a mess. I've heard good things ablut his set up, and it seems great. Unfortunately my local hardware store doesnt carry screws short enough to mount the motor. This really need to come with the proper screws as I damaged the motor using the smallest screws I could find, they were still slightly too large. The battery connection to the ESC is nothing I've seen before. Nobody here at A main or the facebook groups could tell me properly what kind of connector it was, everyone was saying something different so I had to solder JST onto the ESC which was not easy and I almost fried the ESC in the process. This may be a great setup but it absolutely at the very least needs to come with motor mounting screws and a universal esc connection. I would absolutely return this if I could and go with a plug and play ESC motor combo. This has been a nightmare. I've been wating for about two months and still am having problems.

Beast of a setup! Tons of adjustability with the esc and a strong dependable motor. I just soldered the wires and changed the plug to a xt30 and it was good to go. Now to mess with the settings to get the handling where I want it. People should stop blaming the equipment when it’s user error or lack of knowledge.
