Hobbywing Skywalker 2312SL Brushless Outrunner Motor (2450KV)
About this part
Motor Overview:
Hobbywing Skywalker 2312SL Brushless Outrunner Motor. This high-performance motor is equipped with top-branded JNEH1200 silicon steel sheets, boasting a 0.2mm thickness for minimal iron loss. Its N48 strong magnetic arc design ensures maximum torque output, while the silicone wire outlet simplifies wire routing. With 180°C high-temperature resistant enameled wire, it's built for durability in challenging conditions. The newly designed 2312, 2316, and 2320 fixed-wing motors offer superior maximum power output. Plus, the motor's large hollow design and self-dissipating top cover enhance heat dissipation and extend its lifespan. Experience superior vibration control and smooth operation with Hobbywings innovative S.V.C Technology, significantly decreasing rotor dynamic balance to minimize motor vibration and enhance operational smoothness.

I paired this with a Skywalker 50A V2 ESC in my Parkzone F-27C Stryker. I have not flown it yet, but I will update this review when I do. On the bench, this setup pulled 375 watts and 35 amps peak with a 6x4 prop and a 3s 2200mah lipo. The higher KV sure screams compared to what I had in the plane previously.
