It’s working amazing most high power fan I had I tried a lot out there
I run this ESC fan on my slash 4x4 and it has greatly reduced its overheating issues. During the summer I only ran on 2s and on hot days it would overheat in a few minutes on the 13t pinion. This fan lets me drive aggressively for a while on 3s and an 18t pinion. It’s easy to install and blows air hard, with the trade off of being a bit loud. The combination of this and my Integrity motor cooling fan make some noise, so if that matters to you you might want to run the Traxxas fans.
Highly recommend if you want to keep your esc from over heating. Works perfect at keeping down the heat. The fan has held up great so far. Like the addition of the mounting brackets are made from aluminum adding to the ability to pull heat from the esc.
Looks nice and is well made but the fan that mine came with isn’t wide enough, it’s screwed on, plugged in and working but to get it to sit flush I’ll need to get a wider fan. Other than that it’s a great strong & easy part to install and plug right in and working without any hassles.
Little bit smaller than I expected but it still works just as good as the Traxxas Velineon cooling fan
