Garbage. Neither the top cap or collar piece will thread on to a brand new shock body. Both get seized up after a few threads are engaged by turning. Tried with rubber o-rings removed to no avail. Not my purchase, doing an "upgrade" for a friend on a brand new promoto. This isn't the 1st time I've gotten poorly machined, threaded parts with the HR stamp. He didn't know any better.
