The skid plate has a very nice chamfer on the edge and no sharp edges on the rest of the part. The countersink holes are deep enough that the head of the flat head socket cap screw does not protrude proud of the skid plate.
The sad story of the J&T front skid plate is that it only lasted one lap at the track today, the rear is fine. It bent it almost in half and the 2 front screws also ripped though the skid plate, very disappointed
