Works the same as the stock Tekno screw and washer but without having to use the addional washer, just shim the bell and go. Looks great too!

Carful, easy to over tighten and break. Hole in center of head leaves the head to shaft thin. I was lucky I don't Loctite this part or would have had to have threads machined out.
