Seems to be great protection for the bottom of your ride. Time will tell. The holes seemed to be a little off but it still worked.
The holes in the skid plate don't line up correctly with the chassis/bulkhead. I sent an email to J&T explaining the issue. They replied just tighten it down. They seem to be aware of the issue and don't care to fix it. I won't run it with the screws protuding from the skid plate.
