These locking nuts are awesome! They spin on fast and require just a tiny bit of torque to tighten and have never loosened up. Before converting to these nuts I previously used the nylon locking nuts and they were ok but they would wear out quickly (loosen up while racing). I would definitely recommend the JConcepts.
Decided to give these a try. Damn! Strange putting on a wheel nut without a nylon insert, but do they ever hold. No more replacing the wheel nuts every other time you remove them. Easy to over tighten them and then they're really tough to remove.
Spin on easy and work great. Tighten up nice, taking wheels on and off a breeze, no more nylon.
dont need to wrench down on them hard onto the tires. first time i used them i tightened up like i did my prior lock nuts. i ended up have to get vice grips and latch onto my nut wrench to get enough oomph to get them undone
