Hands down the best tire I've ever run. Have used pitbull,pro-line,rc4wd and other brands I've forgotten. Tires find grip. Wet cover with sand and climb right up incline v gap. You wouldn't be disappointed with these tires
I really like these JConcept Landmines! The included foams do leave something to be desired, but I cut them into star patterns to make them more pliable. Overall the tires hook up great! Many of my friends run the PL Hyrax, which is a great competitor.
I have 2 sets of these tires and they work great. Green Compound is about the same is the proline predator and the tread is great. Awesome tire and great price.
The best tire I have ever ran. I use them on my comp truck. I’ve got some Megalithics, and I prefer the Landmines. After using some hyrax, rock beast, etc, these have outperformed all the other big names. Inclines, decents, sidehilling are no problem, on various terrain. I put some CI 2 stage foams in that I had, and these tires are very grippy! The stock foams are throw aways. I will be using some 3d inserts soon. Get them, you’ll like them!
All four reviewers are verified owners who rate the Landmines 5/5 in the Green compound variant. Reviewers consistently report strong grip on inclines, descents, sidehills and varied terrain, and several compare them favourably with Pro-Line, Hyrax, Megalithic and other crawler tires. The main recurring criticism is the included stock foams, which reviewers describe as poor and often replace with aftermarket inserts such as CI 2-stage foams or cut them into star patterns. One reviewer also praises the price. No disagreement appears in the reviews, though the sample is small.
- + Strong grip on inclines, descents and sidehills
- + Outperforms other big-name crawler tires per reviewers
- + Good tread design
- + Good value for price
- − Included stock foams are poor quality
- − Foams often need cutting or replacing with aftermarket inserts
