Disappointing! should have been a brushless model for the price, for 10 dollar more you can get the brushless version!

Beautiful model not a VE speedster which I knew when I purchased it, well detailed body and iconic mooneyes graphics. I ran mine on nicad battery for first outing will try with lipo battery on next run.You can cut out back section and place body on your VE chassis if you want to rip it up or leave as is which I am going to do.No need for upgrading or worrying about ring gear braking leave that to your VE model.Ran on 2 cell lipo much better! It didn't pull the front end off the ground but much more punch and speed!
I am loving this truck. Good, reliable, and fun. I am new to Kyosho but am liking them very much. I swapped to crawler wheels and tires for a different flavor and it's super cool.
