The Kyosho Fazer Mk2 Mad Van VE 1/10 4WD Readyset Monster Truck features enhanced scale features combined with a brushless motor for a 50% increase in maximum speed! The included TORX 10E brushless motor and BRAINZ 10 speed controller increase the maximum speed from 25mph to 37mph (40km/h to 60km/h). The FZ02L-BT chassis base includes reinforced gears and an optimized gear ratio with the previously optional aluminum HD center shaft L to manage the extra power and RPM.
In addition to chassis improvements, the body styling has also received a 3-D enhancement with molded plastic grille and light buckets replacing the decals, and a roof guard has been added to protect the body from rollovers. With elevated performance and appearance, you can experience the exhilaration of running wild at high speed with the MAD VAN VE.

First thing I noticed out of the box was the yellow paint was not good looked as though finger prints in paint...OK I can overlook that since out in sun nobody will notice. Ran Mad Van for 10 minutes clunking sound which was emanating from front differential case ,found 41 tooth ring gear missing teeth. I ordered 2 new ring gears should have ordered the Heavy duty ones anyhow installed and ran same thing front ring gear missing teeth and yes I changed the 12T pinon gear. I notified KYOSHO corporation and they sent me two new sets with which I have not received as of yet and they are not the Heavy duty ones but the standard gears when I inquired. So as I wait on the two new HD gears at a cost of 42 bucks I am running it as a rear 2 wheel drive vehicle? Of course it has been said of the Mad van go through the differentials before you run it.....WHY it is brand new should not have to!!! So I am seventy-five to Hundred dollars out of my pocket trying to fix something new out of the box! If for some reason I get this thing back to 4 wheel drive and get to enjoy it I may soften my stance on a KYOSHO product but at this moment I would not recommend the MAD VAN!!!! at this stage 4 weeks later I have replaced drive cups inner and outer on rear and upgraded the inner to metal cups running 2 cell battery which vehicle is rated to accept. My stance on the MAD VAN and is my final synopsis!!! I love the damn thing!!! it is fast, hugs the curves and is truly a real deal runner but be prepared to spend money on upgrades at $279.00 MSRP I have a $500.00 MAD VAN now in just a month! UPDATE:More upgraded parts ordered (VAN is 6 weeks old I do not do jumps just normal driving)this was my first KYOSHO Product and is my LAST!!!!This DOES not reflect in any way on AMAIN HOBBIES.They did not manufacture this product they only sell,they have reached out and offered assistance and corresponded with me in helping with KYOSHO warranty if it was needed.I will contact KYOSHO AMERICA and express my disappointment with their inferior product.

Kyosho always has a spot in my heart. This van is the best bang for the buck! Solid! Gwlet the sway bar kit super easy install. Right out of the box it's fantastic! It is co piatle with 3s but becomes too unstable to drive. Over I think Kyhso has a winner with this van.
This thing is a blast! I’ve had mine now for about 5 months, and it’s held up really well. It has a bit of a bounce off of big jumps, so I recommend the aluminum shock set and some 40wt oil, but other than that she’s a ripper. I run mine on 3s, even though it’s not officially rated for it, but have had zero issues as a result. Just buy it, you won’t be disappointed.
