Have this horn on my Hitec 5955TG. Very tight to get on. Ran my truggy in it's very first race (a 2 hour Ironman at Oakhill RC Speedway in Waterford, PA) and had no issues whatsoever. Checked it after the race. Still as tight as can be. Excellent servo arm.
HAVE THIS ONE MY TLR 8 3.0 E, YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT! HAVE TO BUY AGAIN FOR MY 22 SHORT COURSE TRUCK! LOSI DONE IT AGAIN! EXCELLENT PRODUCTS! QUALITY REALLY AMAZING! A W E S O M E !!!!
I agree, tight like the previous poster. I think its the anodizing. Just align it up, push hard down and as you tighten, it will clamp down nicely.
All three reviews are positive and rate the Losi Aluminum Servo Arm (Hitec) 5/5. Reviewers describe the horn as very tight on the servo spline, and one reports it held through a two-hour race in a truggy with no issues on inspection afterward. A reviewer suggests the tight fit may come from the anodizing, and advises aligning the horn, pressing down firmly, and tightening to clamp it. Reviewers mention use with Hitec 5955TG and TLR 8 3.0E setups, and one reviewer says they bought again for a short course truck. Reviews are few and mostly enthusiastic, with limited detail on durability beyond one race.
- + Very tight fit on servo spline
