The Losi Super Baja Rey 2.0 8S Brushless 1/6 RTR Electric Desert Truck sets the standard in large-scale desert trucks. With powerful performance and incredible scale looks, the SBR 2.0 takes it to the next level! Taking the Super Rock Rey chassis, adding about an inch to the wheelbase, and morphing it with the front end from the Super Baja Rey creates the improved Super Baja Rey 2.0! You get the best of both worlds!

Suspension
What fun is a desert truck if it doesn't drive and handle like one? This truck not only looks like a desert truck but it drives and handles just like the real thing. 4-Link rear suspension is paired with long travel coil over shocks. The front and rear shocks are officially licensed King shocks and feature threaded aluminum shock bodies. The front suspension uses upper and lower control arms made of a tough composite offering flex and rigidity when it needs it.
Chassis
A 4mm thick anodized aluminum plate is the foundation of this formidable truck. The chassis incorporates a bottom-loading battery tray for easy access to your batteries. Covering all the electronics and important bits is a full-bodied roll cage. The rear of the chassis features strong mounts to hold the long travel 4-link rear axle to the main chassis. Being powered off 8S is no joke! For this reason, Losi has taken this chassis to the extreme to ensure you can keep driving pack after pack.
Electronics
The Spektrum Firma SMART 160 Amp 8S ESC and 750kv Firma 1/6th 5687 brushless motor allow you to unlock blazing speeds. Drivers stay in control with a DX3 transmitter, a Spektrum 6100AT AVC receiver with steering priority, and officially licensed Method Racing Beadlock Wheels and BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 tires.

THIS THING IS COOL!! it rips too! Smoothly gets into power. Decal application isn’t perfect by any means but still looks great, I don’t think anyone has realized this but we can probably order the decal kit in the future and then you have a nice new lookin paint job! One way of lookin at it, cheeped then gettin a hole new shell, Lights are not verry bright for night visibility but look bad A** IT DOES A BURNOUT ON PAVEMENT! LEFT MY TRACKS EVERYWHERE! DOES GREAT DRIFTS AND DONUTS, Roles easy in grass carful. Watch that Frunt end on clearance. Not much room there for big rocks. Fantastic short corse truck!!! Keep in mind Bashing and big jumps is not so much its thing. I’m gunna brake things for sure! Sume slide railes on top Is a must! I love this thing , its deceptively fast and quiet. Braking is loud. It does a great job at stoping. I do wish we could remove the shell easer, you have to take out a bunch of screws, its not pins. Sliding the thing on its top is going to mess up the top screws asap... Get jumpers for your battery’s!! Plug lengths is a problem here. I’m using smart batteries. The battery holder in this truck is the worst part... hatch gets jammed badly after every run. Dirt. PUT ELECTRICAL TAPE ON YOUR BATTERY HATCH SEAMS AFTER YOU INSTALL YOUR BATTERIES, OR YOULL BE USING A CROWBAR TO GET THAT BATTERY DOOR OPEN AFTER YOUR RUN. Battery fitment is a bit tricky, also threading the plugs though the hole. Wish Losi did that setup differently. Butt its worth the time spent!! Have fun with your new toy. Thanks Losi!
If you are like me and was tired of the Traxxas Erevo 2.0, tired of a ridiculous amount of maintainance get this Losi Super Baja Rey 2.0. Super FAST, EXTREMEMLY durable, and absolute reliability. Do not hesitate.
I was really excited about getting this truck but after pulling it out of the box I was instantly disappointed. The decal application is horrible. Uneven lines, big bubbles and wrinkles all over. For $900.00 I expected a lot more quality. Very disappointed in Losi
WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! Talk about scale! Excellent fit & finish and packing! The truck itself is pretty huge; I say pretty huge because thought for a scale trophy truck, the Traxxas UDR was big. This truck is quite a bit larger that the UDR and maybe just a little smaller than my Vekta 5 buggy. No matter what; you will need a pretty decent amount of space to store this truck (in other words, I had a hard time hiding in from my wife; I think she found it though!) Anyway, I have not had a chance to run it yet. You may want to do a little research to figure out if your Lipo's have the correct connectors to run this BADBOY. But even if it takes you a little while, just admiring the truck before you bash it will satisfy at least for a little while. Check out YOUTUBE for Brenthel Racing and you will see the Yellow/Grey truck in action - that's the version I bought (mostly because of the videos and the fact that I saw this version racing and in the factory videos). Now on to A-Main Hobbies - the shipping cost was the best and fastest especially to Hawaii! The package arrived quickly and in great condition. Shipping was about $80.00 but this box was huge and somewhat heavy; I do not think any vendor would be able to match their shipping price! In fact, I was pretty lucky to find this deal including the shipping cost. When I saw the price there was no question!!!! In addition, I got points to spend later at A-Main Hobbies! You will not be disappointed in the Truck and you will not be disappointed with A-Main Hobbies! Stay healthy and safe to you and yours!
I will keep this short and simple. It's an unbelievably cool truck. Its wicked fast and handles extremely well when driven in the right environment. I have this truck and pair it with the Losi Super Lasernut. The scale realism on both is incredible and they are really fun to go back and forth on driving them. I couldn't recommend this truck enough. On 8s 100c G2 batteries I clocked mine at 58.7mph.
