How can you make a determination on a battery without a C rating? That should be included with any battery description.
I bought one of these in March of 2015. Still works and balances great. Just ordered another cause my proteck died. It was 5 years old so won't complain. I always storage charge when not in use and store them in the fridge, believe it or not....
I agree with Chris here. I always balanced it. 1 cell has a big drop on voltage to 3.74V and can't go up to 4.20 anymore. Totally junk! No more LRP for me
I have used in this in 1/8 scale buggy racing it works great. I've had not issues with this battery.
No problems so far; no signs of swelling, nothing.
Reviews are split. Some owners report long service life, good balance and no swelling, including one who used the pack in 1/8 scale buggy racing and one who has owned a pack for about five years. Others report a cell that dropped to 3.74V and would not recharge to full, a pack that puffed or popped, and packs that failed within about three months. One reviewer questioned the absence of a C rating in the listing. All reviews refer to the 7.4V/2700mAh variant.
