I have not used this in a maclan motor. But it works fantastic in a furitek voltmaster. I decided to try this because furitek does not sell parts. Just finished goods. The part#s on the chip is the same, it even has the spot for the second sensor port to be soldered onto. But it's left empty. The ONLY modification required to use this in a furitek is about 1/2 a MM needs to be filed off the opening to make room for the sensor port and once installed it's not even noticeable
