Excellent wheels — they handle the road very well and look absolutely amazing. Update to my review ------------------ I’m changing my rating from 5 stars to 2. The appearance of these tires is excellent, but unfortunately, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. After approximately 40 4S battery packs on my ARRMA Mojave, the tires became noticeably softer. I’m not sure exactly what happened — perhaps the internal foam broke down or lost its shape — but they are now much softer than when they were new. They haven’t worn down excessively in terms of the tread, but because the tires have become so soft, they deform heavily in corners. The sidewalls fold over, causing the outer edges of the tires to wear much faster. Overall, my initial positive impression and desire to buy these tires again has completely changed. At this point, I would not buy them again. I’m going to try Pro-Line Mirage tires next and see how they hold up.
I ran these on my Team Corally Shiroi.Put 4 4s and 2 6s packs on them. After one weekend and a few packs i was so pleased that I purchased another set directly from Method RC for another shiroi that I own. took this one out another time and put a few more packs on the wheels and tires. Completely destroyed them. The terrain was mostly grass with some light packed dirt driving mixed in and it looks like these things were bashed at a skate park all day on a kagama 6s. I will hopefully be able to return the ones that I have not used yet and eat the loss on these.
