Very nice servos. No play. Very smooth. The servo grommets are really nice too. I have these installed on my Goblin 570. I replaced a set of BK servos with these.
My order was shipped on June 12, today is August 5. According to your information, before paying for the order, the delivery time was indicated as July 30 Until now, I have not received my order and do not know where it is. So I have no opportunity to evaluate the product.
Just ordered my 3rd set of the 960/990 servo combo and they showed up 3 days later. Five 700 class helis and I've tried align, BK, torq, spektrum and these. These are the best servos I've used, durable, reliable, smooth, and no play or slop. These are my go-to servos...Can't go wrong with MKS!
Two reviewers rate the HBL960 highly, describing the servos as smooth with no play or slop, durable and reliable in helicopter use, and praising the grommets. One reviewer says they replaced BK servos on a Goblin 570 and another has bought a third set for 700-class helis. A third reviewer gave a 1/5 rating due to a shipping delay, with the order not arriving by the stated date, and did not evaluate the product itself. The reviews therefore say little about the servo's performance from the low-rated review, and the sample is small.
- + Smooth operation
- + No play or slop
- + Durable and reliable
- + Nice servo grommets
- − Shipping delay reported
- − Low rating unrelated to product performance
