Weak metal, under load breaks, is expensive ( Several cases of breakage ...
This is highway robbery. For the quality of metal, and lack of strength, this should be a much cheaper part.
These things snap like a cheap chair. I don't know if it's just a bad batch, but looks to be a bad design. Broke 4 in a 2hr run. I will bench my rig until I can find an upgrade to this part.
Too expensive for a stock part that breaks fairly easily and is out of stock.
Disgusting quality 10 minutes drive to breakage The inversion of the wheel is limited to 70% For that price, they must be eternal Probably have to sell the chassis. The manufacturer does not want to modify the node, and the alternatives I don't know
Reviewers consistently rate the MST MPA CVD Axle (2) poorly, with all seven reviews giving 1 or 2 out of 5. The recurring complaint is that the axles break under load, with reports ranging from a few minutes of crawling or light running to several breaks in a single session. Reviewers describe the metal as weak and the price as too high for a stock part. One reviewer attributes the failures to the pins, suggesting 1.5mm pins would fail before the shaft, and questions the price gap versus standard CFX shafts. Some mention the part being out of stock and a limited wheel inversion range. Reviews do not indicate any disagreement on quality.
