This is the Nova Engines R9R OUTLAW .24 9-Port On Road Nitro Engine. The R9R is a great option for your 1/8 scale nitro on-road chassis. This engine comes equipped with a lightened crankshaft for increased snappy throttle response and longevity. Nova designed this engine to deliver a Screaming 45,000RPM and take you flying to the top of the leaderboard.
