this new 55 engine from OS is by far more powerful than the 50 hyper. 13.5 degrees pitch no worries. easy to tune runs very smooth with power to spare. all you 50 sized 3D addicts need to try this one for yourself to see what real power is all about! I have two outrage velocity 50's with this motor and also installed a flybarless system from Skukum and i can no longer bog the head. This motor seems to make its best power around 16500 rpm. i highly recommend a good quality tuned pipe to compliment this engines power curve.
ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS MOTORS HAS LOTS OF POWER IN MY JS 50 3D UPGRADED FROM HYPER 50 12 DEGREES PITCH CLIMBS LIKE A ROCKET ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY!
A lot of power more power than hyper 50, but bearings don't last very long.
Input it in the helicopter, 4 clicks later I was flying.. best glow engine I've ever used. I highly recommend it. I am using it on a align 600.
