I have to say as of right now this is one of the best 200 class Helis on the market. I currently own this, a Goosky S2 Legend and an S2 max(with the carbon fiber frame upgrade). This and the S2 max are probably at a close tie for my overall favorite 200 size.. this thing is insanely stable, locked in and “floaty” this heli is amazing, and an absolute joy to fly! This is definitely the lightest helicopter out of the trio that I have as well, it’s freakishly light when you pick it up.. I think the best way to describe it is the M2 V3 is like a Porsche; light and fast, the S2 max is like an old muscle car; heavy, but the power more than makes up for it! The thing I like about the max is the torque it has! You can run it at a lower head speed, absolutely crank the collective, and it just powers through it! The M2 is a little less bulky then the max as well, and looks a hair smaller.. the M2 actually takes a crash pretty well, I’ve smacked it off the ground pretty hard a few times and never cracked the frame! Unfortunately I can’t say that for the carbon fiber frame upgrade for the max. Almost every crash I’ve had with it resulted in a broken frame side.. which is important for a rookie like myself, because I certainly can’t fly like Joe Kelly from Amain that’s for sure??????? the other thing about this heli is that it’s gorgeous!!??? especially in that orange! It has colored frame sides and tail booms that absolutely look killer! I use a Radiomaster tx15, with the Goosky ELRS receiver and it works flawlessly, literally plug and play! I get full telemetry with this as well!! Another awesome thing is OMP just came out with a more affordable version of this helicopter: the M2 V3 sport.. basically they took the pro cut the fat in all of the right places where it wouldn’t really hurt the performance or way it flies, and now you can grab one of those bad boys for $359!!! The sport also has a built in ELRS receiver, which will be included in all future pro versions as well! So if you can’t stomach the price of the pro, but would love to have one; wait! A more affordable version that you will be just as happy with is coming very soon! The other thing is everything from the sport and pro are 100% cross compatible and ultimately if you really wanted a pro after you’ve bought the sport, you can buy all of the parts to make it a pro.. Jonas also mentioned something about a new 1000mah battery for the M2 v3 series! OMP and Jonas have been absolutely killing it lately! Definitely give one of these bad boys a shot, you won’t be disappointed!!? Gooseguy1982
Great heli!!! Flys outstanding for a 200 size heli I’m flying it with my mikado radio system and it feels like a larger heli than it is. I previously had the mk2 and this heli feels a little lighter when flying
