Really cool kit. Would be nice if it came with a leaflet with instructions but it wasn't too hard to figure out. Really transforms the look of the Typhon. I especially like how much more space there is under the body, very useful for 3rd party brushless systems and receivers.
I installed this kit on my Typhon Grom without complication, it would have been nice if it came with instructions, but it was not hard to figure out. The body needed a little trimming to fit with the aluminum shock tower reinforcements I installed but that was no big deal either. This kit is a steal for a painted and decal loaded body, and a set of 4 glued tires which feel like they have foams (Disclaimer, I did not unglue them to check). If you want a Baja Grom, instead of the default look with minimal effort, this is an amazing kit! Install took me about 20 minutes and I think I will be getting another one in red for my car since I upgraded my wife's blue model first (and I'm jealous!).
I'll admit, this little kit is a bit expensive. But it's not only a fantastic mod for the Typhon GROM, it's also fully reversible. It looks fantastic, and the mounting/reinforcement hardware is really well designed. My only wish would be for a plastic washer for the outside of the front screws, since it seems like they could possibly pull through the Lexan on a hard landing. The rear is well supported and has a cool plastic part that the screws go through to protect the body. The provided wheels are glued from the factory, and the rims look great - they're molded in a matte silver plastic with a really nice spoke design. All-in-all, really well designed and great looking.
