I put this body on my associated 6.2 and didn't have any issues. I've done a few race days and it works great runs great. Some alignment holes would help. I also added 1 more hole on the front body mount to lower the front. But it works great.
I picked this body up for team associated sc6.2. I kinda think proline drop there quality on there body. No dent indications on the axis body at all for the body post. Had to work extra hard to find the center of the body. Got it all cut out and not painted yet. Got the front tires fitting ok till I turn but the rear tires I gonna pray they don't cut up the tire barely make it. I am using the avid +3 rims. They gonna scrub ever up and down motion they hit on the inside of the wheel well. Guess jc got the best body for the sc6.2. Yes I am ruining factory width in the rear still. Left the rear post holes on the bigger side so hopefully the rear will center it self when it compressed. Definitely think she gonna scrub the front tires at full lock as well. So I'm gonna cut the piss out of this body or im gonna go back up on the body post. Maybe if you use 0 offset rims she will fit under the body just fine. I run high bite clay and the plus 3 definitely help with traction roll. The +3 just don't fit will under the body at ride height which is my biggest problem the front looks to high and the back looks like she loaded up with anti squat. Have no idea how it drives at all definitely not gonna slam it down on the post like I wanted to the 1 Hole.
I'm not a fan of these for the RC10SC6.1. You have to run the rear body post all the way up and the front post all the way down to get the body to set level. The rear body post are already weak and break at normal height.
Raced with this body on my tekno SCT410, like how it's low profile for better air flow. Controls in air with ease, and excellent high speed down-force on long straight ways with some whoopies. End up from 7th to 4th in modified 4wd sct A main with 12 sct racers.
Just doesn't fit sc6.2. maybe on other kits it will be good.
Reviewers report mixed experiences with this clear short course body. Several note a low profile that helps airflow and downforce, and one racer reported strong handling and a top-half finish in an SCT410 race. Fit is the main point of disagreement: some owners on the RC10SC6.1 and Associated SC6.2 needed to modify body post positions, drill extra holes, or trim for wheel clearance, while others said it fit with minor changes. Durability is a recurring complaint, with reports of cracks after a few race events and a thin body that cracks easily. Some reviewers mention the body post area feeling weak.
