Horrible Product! Paint would not dry even after 3 weeks, paint would easily scratch off with light fingernail pressure (proper painting practices) never had this problem with any other brand. UPDATE: been over 3 months and paint is still now fully dried, proline customer service was un-willing to take care of the customer properly. Now all the time and money for the new body and paint job is ruined.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. This isn't paint, paints adhere to surfaces and cures fully within 24-48 hours. I've never seen anything like it, you can scratch the paint right off with little to no pressure at all. I waited a week and after putting on the body the antenna tube rubber cap scratched paint right off the body. This is absolutely ridiculous, might as well have used some lipstick or crayons as color. At first I thought the poor review on this was really just some haters but honestly this is garbage. Save your money and look elsewhere or stick with rattle cans.
Been using proline paint for a few years now. Never had an issue with it, sprays right from the bottle through my iwata eclipse without thinning, and dries/cures fine if you prepare the body properly. Sounds like the people making thee bad reviews don't know how to do that or they wouldn't have any scratching issues whatsoever.
Reviewers disagree sharply on this airbrush paint set. Two reviews, both rated 1/5, report that the paint took weeks or months to dry, scratched off with light pressure, and did not hold up after the body was installed; one says the customer service response was unhelpful. One of the two says the paint was not adhering properly even after a week. A single 5/5 review reports years of trouble-free use, spraying without thinning and curing fine when the body is prepared properly, and attributes the negative reports to preparation. The reviews do not clearly establish whether the problems are product-wide or related to application, and the sample is small.
