Should be labeled as 1/8 truggy bag. Way too much excess space in these tubes for normal race buggy tires. Multiply that excess by 6x and this is a massive waste of space. The thing didn’t even fit in my proline roller bag. Almost went back to ziplock bags but it looked so cool and factory I kept it. Plus I hate sending things back.

Very nice tire transporter. I bought it for my SCT tires and it works great! Plenty of room in the tubes. Bag and tubes are bigger than I expected. My son used one tube for his 10th scale buggy tires and he can get 2 sets in one tube! Seems like a good quality tire bag…..we will see how it holds up over time.

Nice to have those big tires organized. The bag has a nice rugged bottom and good built zipper.

One quick shipping as always. Packaging was great. The quality is very good. Holds 6 sets of tires. Tubes are strong

I bought this for 10th scale slash tires and stadium truck tires. 4 10th scale tires stacked barely fit in each tube.I cannot imagine 4 - 8th scale stacked will fit.

What reviewers say

Seven reviews, mostly verified owners, rate the ProTek 1/8 Buggy Tire Bag favourably overall, averaging about 4.7 out of 5. Reviewers agree the bag and tubes are well built, with a sturdy bottom, a solid zipper and strong tubes, and that it keeps large tires organised. Multiple reviewers say it holds several sets, with one tube fitting several 10th scale sets. The main disagreement concerns fit: one reviewer says the tubes are much larger than needed for standard 1/8 buggy tires and that the bag would not fit a Proline roller bag, and another says it is labelled as a buggy bag but suits truggy tires. A recurring point is that the tubes are roomy and bulky, and one reviewer doubts that 1/8 scale tires stack as well as 10th scale ones.

  • + Sturdy build and zipper
  • + Strong tubes
  • + Holds multiple tire sets
  • + Good packaging and shipping
  • − Tubes oversized for buggy tires
  • − Bulky, takes up space
  • − Unclear fit for 1/8 scale stacks
  • − Labelling suggests truggy rather than buggy
