ProTek RC "Fast Fill 2" Fuel Bottle (500cc)
About this part
This is the ProTek R/C "Fast Fill 2" 500cc Fuel Bottle. The Fast Fill fuel bottle's 500cc graduated reservoir holds enough fuel to last the duration of a long main event, while the super soft material makes it easy to fill your tank quickly. The molded cap plugs into the spout to prevent spills and keep dirt out of the bottle, and an extra cap is included so you have a backup in case you lose the primary cap. Plus, the bottle/spout seal assembly, includes a cap storage pocket, so you can use it to hold your cap during filling, or hold the spare so its easily accessible when needed.

Good bottle, the stopper has 2 o rings on it and one of them ripped, will contact to try to get another stopper. Other than that it is great. Not much to critique on a bottle.
The bottle feels good, but after awhile the tube seperated from the top of the bottle. There is a fix to drill a small hole in the plastic neck and put a set screw in there to help retain the tube.
The bottle is ok, but the caps suck. It is difficult to insert in a rush, the o-rings tear pretty easily, easy to get lost since in comes with no cord.
Works great. Has plugs to purchase if they break or get lost. (PTK-7614)
Bottle leaks at the seam right out of the box. Not much of a fuel bottle if it can't hold fuel.
Reviewers generally find the 500cc Fast Fill 2 bottle functional and well built in its basic form, with two reviewers rating it highly. The most frequently reported problem is the spout or tube coming loose from the bottle neck, with one owner reporting fuel spilled during a pit stop and another describing a fix involving a set screw. Stopper and cap durability is a recurring complaint: o-rings have torn, and caps are easy to lose since no cord is included, though replacement plugs are available. One reviewer reported a seam leak out of the box, which was later replaced by the seller, and that owner raised their rating after the replacement performed well over a race weekend. Overall, reviews are mixed, with praise for the bottle body and complaints centred on the closures and attachment.
