Thought these would be a waste of money considering my needle nose pliers have a side snipper (which is what i've always used) BUT, these are lighter, sharper, more accurate and overall much better to use. It's also very easy to get the tip in hard to reach spots, and the leverage required to complete a snip is very minimal (compared to using needle nose pliers snippers). Recommended.

I'm quite impressed with these little nippers. I wasn't expecting anything amazing at this price point, but these work quite well for their size. Handle is comfortable and they are nice and nimble to use. They won't be able to cut through steel, but they are perfect for just about any small jobs needed in the pit like cutting tie wraps, bags, carbon/plastic flashing, copper wire, etc.
Love these side cutters. They are sharp and very durable. They are priced really well and cut through model plastic effortlessly. Perfect for cutting parts trees and wires. Get a spare for your field box. I leave one in my field box cause I know I will forget it of I only had one at home. Cuts nitro fuel line clean.
