Constructed from extremely lightweight and rigid carbon fiber, these optional insert plates are intended for the Losi 8IGHT-X platforms to reduce weight and flex while enhancing the durability of the arms. Package includes two 1.5mm arm insert plates.

They're solid and worth the price, however, they're not countersinked and come with only 6 screws when 12 are required. Buy some extra screws if purchasing.
